I had booked two flights with Air Serbia this year and had no idea what to expect. And I was so impressed. Air Serbia was launched as the national airline of Serbia in 2013. It serves forty destinations from Belgrade. We arrived at the airport and our cabin sized suitcases were tagged. And we were told that we would pick them up on kerb side.

Not knowing what this meant, we go on the tiny plane and realised that the suitcases had to go in the hold. And you literally pick them up as you get off the plane.

We even given complimentary snacks and this was on a sixty minute flight. I was so impressed with their service. I had paid the same price for theses flight that I had done with Easyjet and Ryanair and they could learn from Air Serbia.
