My favourite destinations in the world so far.

THE MALDIVES

This was easily my favourite destination visited of all time. This was an anniversary gift to my husband. And it was money well spent. It was the first time, we had flown on a seaplane and landed in the sea. I had never snorkled with sharks before. I had never drunk as many different cocktails as I did. It was a special, magical trip that would never be replicated. As much as I would love to return, I never would. I would not want to change my memories of this special place.

AUSTRALIA

Australia was a country of contrasts. You have the cosmopolitan Sydney, the destitute Ayers Rocks, the hot sticky Cairns and the amazing Barrier Reef. This was a trip of a lifetime. And I would return in a heartbeat. It such a shame its so far away !

LAS VEGAS 

Las Vegas is one of my favourite cities in the world. I just love it. We visited the Grand Canyon. We walked up and down the strip – we visited the lions in MGM. We went up the Effiel Tower in the Paris hotel for the view of the strip. We watched the pirate show at Treasure Island. We were even married here !

SEVILLE

This is one of my favourite European cities. I stayed with my friends family. I visited the Catherdral, Plaza De Espana. The last part of my trip was at Isla Cristina, a beautiful tiny beach resort.

EGYPT

Egypt was somewhere completely different. This was scary, we had an armed guard with our tourist group. We visited the pyramids, went into a tomb. And yet it was amazing. I would love to return and see more of this country.
