Our last visit in Montenegro was to an adorable coastal town called Perast. This is where you could get a boat and visit the Lady On The Rocks church. This is interesting, as it is the only artificially built island in the Adriatic.

We decided against this, my husband had done this previous with his parents when it was still part of Yugoslavia. And when I saw the size of the boat they used to go over to it – it was a good choice. I decided instead to get an ice cream when I saw this adorable cart.

They were delicious.

Exploring a bit more, I found my perfect summer home and car – this would be perfect for us !

And this plane was flying over the mountains, as there was a fire there. It has been an extreme heatwave over Eastern Europe over the past week.

Perast was lovely. I am so pleased I got the chance to visit.
