We stayed in London over the New Year and booked Park Plaza Riverbank as they did a good price for our needs. This turned out to be due to the hotel doing renovation work. But as this was just after the New Year, we did not see or hear any work been done and this did not effect us in any way.

This luxury 4-star hotel is on the south side of the River Thames, 500 metres from the London Underground. It has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs.

The Park Plaza Riverbank London is across the river from the Tate Britain gallery, close to Westminster. The London Eye, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben are all within reach. Waterloo Station is less than a mile away.

Every room has a EU/US power sockets, a large work desk, laptop safe, and a mini bar. Some have views of the River Thames and the London skyline. 24-hour room service is available.

This London Park Plaza hotel has an on-site fitness centre. The Chino Latino Brasserie, Bar & Lounge serves Asian cuisine in a Latin atmosphere.

We had a lovely room, with views of Westminster. The hotel is very modern and I liked this and the little touches in the room.

A hair dryer, a separate shower attachment on the bath, and I am a fan of the Elemis brand.

This was perfect for our short trip and we had a great stay, we will use a Park Plaza hotel in the future !
