BOXING DAY HAULS

So I did avoid the boxing day sales. But could not miss the online ones. My first purchase are what I call sensible ones. We needed a new duvet this was £17.50 and the pillows was £15.99.  We ordered these from Amazon and as we are prime members we got them the next day. Most useful I can tell you.

I needed a new electric toothbrush and I really wanted the Philips Sonicare Bluetooth Flexcare Platinum Electric Toothbrush. I liked that it has an app that I can download but for £95 I could not justify it. I have bookmarked it as I may be buying later on in the year. But ordered this Colgate Rechargeable one instead for £19.99.

And two books for my Kindle. Victoria Hislop was 99p and Karin Slaughter’s was £1.99. Both bargains!

Then Boots online. I could not believe the problems that the website had over Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and after. I managed to get some of what I had wanted. But a few pieces were sold out when I was finally able to get to the payment section as I was thrown out the past few days, The Liz Earle sets even though they were only a third off, it was still over half price if I had brought from the main site. And I love these products and will buy them in the sale every year.

In PC World, I needed a new laptop. We went to our local store and it was a nightmare. After been there waiting to be served and even my phone was not working property. The one we wanted was out of stock. Why they could not have told this instead left us standing there for half an hour. We left and found the same laptop I wanted on PC World ebay site. So we brought it from there, I just wished we had done this earlier and avoided the headache the store was.

Nails Inc sale I brought these sets. Before my rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis, my nails were painted most of the time. And I have missed this. These sets were a bargain and cost £15 for the Festive Crackers with six polishes. And £19 for the Tree Of Polish, I love these colours ! And I also got the Fairytale Of Good Skin for £9.50 for six face masks that retails at £4.99 each. And I am already a fan of them.
