On a recent trip to London, instead of sightseeing I choose to have a little pampering treat at Liz Earle instead. After the excitement of Christmas and New Year, I found myself at Duke Of York Square, where the flag ship shop of Liz Earle can be found. The treatment rooms are on the lower ground floor of the retail store.  I have been here many times in the past and this is one of my favourite places to be ever.
