For my birthday weekend in Belfast, I required a hotel close to the Titanic Experience. At the moment, there is only one that is walk able. The Premier Inn Hotel Belfast Titanic Quarter. There is not much open around there. Having stayed in a few Premier Inn’s before. I know what to expect, I just want a nice bed to sleep in. And again this was not a bad experience. The only thing I would like is a fridge. Even it is empty. I missed having one. We found a mini market which is open until ten pm. So expect to have to travel further to find other things to do. This hotel is fifteen minutes walk from the city centre. Which did not bother us. And it is surprising close to the George Best Airport.

Set in a modern building in the Titanic Quarter overlooking the River Lagan, this budget hotel is a 7-minute drive from George Best Belfast City Airport. Rooms range from singles to family rooms with 2 pull-out beds, where kids aged 15 and under eat and stay free with paying adults. In-room amenities feature free WiFi, pillow-top mattresses and en suite bathrooms with showers, as well as tea and coffee making facilities, TVs and desks. There’s an on-site Thyme restaurant and bar that was booked up every time we tried to get a table and paid parking. Breakfast at an extra cost includes all-you-can-eat and light choices.
