LONDON, GREENWICH, NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM,

After leaving the Old Royal Naval College, I crossed the road to visit the National Maritime Museum. It is the leading maritime museum of the United Kingdom and possibly the world. This is again free to enter. And is filled with maritime material including art, manuscripts, ship models and plans dating back to the 15th century. It is such an interesting place to visit and think back how the UK was.

This musuem is thought of being the keystone of this historic park which was declared an UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. The Greenwich park also include the Royal Observatory and is such a peaceful spot. There is always something going on here in the summer.

Greenwich was always somewhere that I would have liked to love, that was if I lived in London and I do not think that will ever happen.
