Uncle Jacks Steak House Midtown was a recommendation from my brother in law. He raved about it so much, that we knew that we had to go or we would never had let it down if we had not. We arrived early and were seated promptly.

Service here was impeccable again. We ordered a Porterhouse steak for two with fries, half thin and half as wedges.

American portions are huge, and it was nice but so filling. We could not even finish everything. It did not wow me. It was very good but not like what I have experienced at home at Hawksmoor. But at least we have tried Uncle Jacks even if it did nothing for me.
