THE SILVERSEA CRUISE QUESTION

Silversea Cruises is a cruise company that I found online. And I immediately was drawn to this company. What drew me in was their destination list. I was looking for cruises around South America. I feel in love with this region on my trip last year and would love to experience more. I found a couple of cruises from Lima all around Cape Horn and back around to either Buenos Aires or Montevideo.

This really appealed to me. Then I found they had all inclusive cruises with butler service and this statement just summed it up

Silversea’s small luxury ships are designed for those who delight in the thrill of discovery while indulging mind and body in the most lavish surroundings imaginable. All accommodations are spacious, ocean-view suites that include butler service, and most include private verandas. Silversea voyages and cruise expeditions sail to over 900 destinations on all seven continents, more than any other cruise line.

I have found touring holidays too tiring for me, but I love flying long haul to exciting new countries. So this could be an idea, try a cruise like this. Then do half day tours or have the Silver Shore Concierge create your own tailor-made tour, or be whisked away by private car for a day. Does this not sound perfect. And that they are smaller ship also sounds nice. As much as I enjoyed my last cruise around the Caribbean I do not think I would enjoy something like that now that I am getting older and my condition and mobility issues are an issue.  They cruise to some many places and I love the itinerary of this cruise

My husband has said he has no interested in travelling to Africa. But I might get away with a cruise – fingers crossed.

Living frugally, I will always price compare with holidays and do lots of research but I do hope to experience one of Silversea’s cruises at least once.
