The London Eye at Westminster is a  giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames, this always seems to be so popular. I have no idea why. I tried it, didn’t like it and would not go back on it.  The views are good, but I thought the ticket price was expensive and it is just not my cup of tea ! At the moment it is sponsored by Coco Cola, which means it lighted up red at night

And I have previously seen the blue

And St Patricks Day green

And pink with the birth of the new princess in 2015.

And also in 2015, it was lit up with all the party political colours during the general election campaign.
