Daily Calm I have been using and meditating for thirty days. I brought the calm app for my phone just before I got the bad news about my cat. I actually brought a lifetime access on black Friday. I started to try the ten minutes mindfulness. The best way to learn mindfulness is by meditating, spending 10 minutes each day to develop the ability to be present and to better understand how we think and feel. With practice, and by sitting consistently with the mind, we learn to bring that awareness to our everyday lives. The aim of daily calm is sleep more, stress less, live better.
I used the mediating a lot when I was suffering with hurt when my cat was so ill and I was so upset. It did help me think about things and the bigger picture of our universe.
This mediation was pretty pertinent when I was having a very difficult time.
There is a lot more to the app than just the ten minutes mindfulness. I can also listen to sleep stories read by lots of different artists. Download music to help with my stress. There are also things for kids, under Calm Kids, Calm Body exercises. I have not got around to exploring this app thoroughly let. But it help me through a different period in my life.
