LIZ EARLE – MY FAVOURITES

The Liz Earle Brand has been my go to for many years. But as I have got older I have realised that the products no longer worked for me. So I knew that I had to change a few things. But they are a few items of the Liz Earle brand that I will never give up as I love them so much.

Instant Skin Boost Tonic

This smells like a bunch of flowers, and it is lovely. It is a non-drying toner that refreshes, soothes and brightens the skin. It is extremely gentle and alcohol-free, which is a big plus for me. I have both the normal bottle but am loving the spritzer during the summer months. This is also in my handbag in the 30ml size. I just love this.

Eyebright

Another must have,  this soothes my allergy infected eyes every time. It is extremely soothing made of eyebright, witch hazel, aloe vera and cornflower to help tone, cool and refresh tired, puffy eyes. Again the travel size is also in my handbag as it so good.

Intensive Nourishing Mask

To give my red, dry, dehydrated skin a boost, I use this.  Containing  borage oil and comfrey, the rich cream sinks into any very dry areas of skin and is very soothing – making it the perfect solution as I have sensitive skin and am prone to redness.

Orange Flower Botanical Body Wash

This is so nice and one of my favourites. Naturally active ingredients include organic oats, natural source vitamin E, plus orange flower water and ten pure essential oils which lift spirits and delicately scent the skin. It does not contain  sodium lauryl/laureth sulphate which I have found dries out my skin. This is something that is always found in my bathroom and its a family favourite.

I used to love Cleanse and Polish, Superskin, to name a few but unfortunately my skin needs something more. So I am on the hunt for new products that work for me.
