CROATIA, DUBROVNIK, HOMELAND WAR MUSEUM

While we at the top, we went to visit the Homeland War museum. Housed in the old fort built for Napoleon in 1812. Its significant strategic and defence characteristics gained prominence during the Homeland War when it became the symbol of defence of Dubrovnik and Croatian South. This permanent exhibition was very poignant, and very informative. I really do no see any justification for war.
And if you do visit, you must go to the very top and see the view from the top of the fort.
It really was a nice place to visit. And if you are at the top of the cable car, don’t just sit at the panoramic bar. Go here and experience some history that is only twenty years ago!
