I love beauty subscription boxes and this is my review of You Beauty Box that I only started five months ago. And the price point of £10.95 a month for the gold package that includes four extra products. I was so impressed with my first box. It was a collabration with Feel Unique called Party Prep Edit.

I picked two of the Nails Inc nail polishes – this retail for £14 each and they are both amazing colours. I practically live in White Horse Street as it suits my pale skin tone so well. And I love the Elizabeth Bridge colour too. In addition, I also picked Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre which I have already used and liked very much. Lastly, I have Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation, which is supposed to fade freckles and age spots from sun damage as it retexturises the skin. So I was very impressed with my first one.

Then the next box the following month and this was the Detox Edit and I was very disappointed. I ordered my four items and these were Masque Bar Pore Refining Mask, Alpha Beta Universal Daily Peel Argan Liquid Gold Multi Tone BB Cream and Prevasore Every Day Lip Therapy. The selection was very poor.

Then February’s Beauty Sweethearts Edit arrived and I was so impressed. This month the four products that I ordered was the Umberto Giannini Curl Jelly – this retails for £14.50 for the 200ml size I received. Remember I pay £10.95 for the whole box. I also ordered Transformulas Lip Volume, OSKIA Skincare Renaissance Mask and MADARA Time Miracle Serum. I was pleased with this months selection.

March’s box was ‘Best Of British and I picked Maddi Alexander Serene Body Wash that smells amazing and it a perfect travel size at 100ml. I also picked two from Monu Skin, the Advanced Anti-Ageing Lip & Eye Active Lift and the Line Smoothing Eye Cool Gel. And I am a fan of the The White Company and picked the Seychelles Hand & Nail Cream. Again another good month of products for a great price !

April’s box is the Organic and Natural Box. I picked Balance Me Super Toning Polish, I am already a big fan of this brand. The other items I picked were the Ren Ultra Calming Rescue Mask, AA Skincare Green Tea & Aloe Vera Soothing Cleansing Wipes and Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist.

This is the last box for me. I have cancelled my subscription as I have an ever growing collection of products that I am now running out of space for. As quickly as I use something up, it is replaced with more. So I have promised myself that now my money will be spent on experiences and no more beauty products until I have used them up.
