The around the world trip, something I dream about doing ! I found out that I was getting made redundant in the summer of 2017 and my job would be gone by autumn of 2018. So with my redundancy payment, we had originally decided to take a year out and travel the world.  We have never done anything like this before. When we finished university, we brought our first property and have work ever since then. Looking at our finances and my health, it just was not possible to a year around the world trip. This is our planned around the world trip. And I do not know when we will do this. I am avoiding all this places as much as possible. But then if a good deal comes up, I would not miss out.  I can not wait to do this trip and I think it will take us a year to do this. I just need husband to say yes, save up and I will be booking it ! Be warned this is a heavy picture post !

South America

First we fly to Quito, Ecuador and maybe explore the Galapagos. Then on to Easter Island

South Pacific

Where we would explore the islands of Bora Bora, Maupiti and Tahiti.

Onto New Zealand

Back to Australia, my third time to catch up with family. And to explore Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane and second time trying to get to one of my top ten places to visit, Whitehaven Beach !

Asia

Being based in Kuala Lumpur, using Air Asia, we will be touring Laos, Northern Thailand, The Philippines. Unless we have already visited these countries on other trips.

A quick stop to Singapore, my husband has never been.

Onto Sri Lanka, mainly to visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.

Middle East

A tour of India and finally seeing this in the flesh

The last stop on our trip is Oman

Then our around the world trip will be over. I can not wait do this !
